Think of the project process as a vehicle and the draw request as fuel; our work is scheduled to be funded and completed synchronizing performance and payment. Please feel free to make as a necessary question as possible about our process because is in our best interest to complete your project as efficiently and fast as possible. Final payment will be also required at the completion of the project.

Home improvement can be unpredictable at times. Sometimes projects become pricier when unexpected problems arise. We work with change orders along the project if this occur. We will let our customer know if a change order would be necessary.

Yes! We will provide you with a 3D drawing and renders when project is accepted by you. If you need more renders than the ones provided, or requesting more than 3 changes, a fee will be applied.
